Cancellation Policy
Please note: The following right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. according to individual wishes or made to measure).
Right of withdrawal
In the case of a purchase, the customer has the right to revoke the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The revocation period begins from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods - in the case of the purchase of several goods: the last goods.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must send us an email by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email) of his decision to revoke this contract. He can use this model cancellation form which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If the customer cancels this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from the customer, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we shall use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case shall the customer be charged any fees due to this repayment.
The customer shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which he notifies us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
We shall bear the costs of returning the goods/the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
