2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use

a) Storage of data when accessing our website through so-called server log files

Visiting our website does not require the provision of personal data. However, we store access data in so-called server log files for statistical purposes. This includes, for example, the files accessed on our website, the date and time of access, the internet browser used, the amount of data or the provider used. Conclusions about your person cannot and should not be drawn from this data. They are only used for statistical purposes for the evaluation and customer-oriented improvement of our website.

b) Online contact

If you contact us via our online presence, we regularly collect the following information (if available):

Salutation, first name, last name, a valid e-mail address, address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile), as well as other information that is necessary to deal with your request.

This data is collected

  • to be able to identify you as an interested party or customer;
  • to be able to advise you appropriately;
  • to process purchases made by you;
  • to correspond with you;
  • to issue invoices;
  • to process any liability claims or to enforce any claims against you;
  • for tax purposes and to fulfil our accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Data processing is carried out in response to your enquiry or on the basis of the order you have placed with us and is necessary for the aforementioned purposes in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for the appropriate processing of your order/enquiry and for the mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from the contract that may have been concluded.

The personal data collected by us will be stored for at least 4 weeks after completion of your enquiry/for 3 years after a purchase made by you and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

 

3. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below and/or to foreign authorities.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
  • the disclosure is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose your data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

 

4. Online orders

By completing the electronic ordering process via our online shop, the customer can order goods. When one or more products are selected, the latter are placed in the virtual shopping basket. In the shopping basket, all products assigned to it can be viewed. In addition, the number of ordered products can be varied and an ordered product can be removed. By pressing the button "checkout", the customer is requested to enter the information relevant for shipping and to select a payment method. Before completing the order, the customer is shown a summary of all information relevant to the order. The ordering process is completed by pressing the "Buy" button. You have the right

  • Pursuant to Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke a once granted consent to data processing at any time vis-à-vis us. This means that we may no longer process your data in the future if it was based on your consent;
  • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the further storage and/or processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller; and
  • complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office for this purpose.

5 Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so which arise from your particular situation.
